What’s hot, and what’s not? A guide to designer radiators for modern living
Written by Samuel James, 11th January 2009
Okay, a radiator is hot, is it not? Of course it is! That’s its function. Okay, but can a radiator be hot, in style? Well, maybe, but most people don’t put a lot of thought into radiators, they are just a necessary item for pretty much anyone living in Europe and it’s the functionality that is the important aspect. How many times have you been into a beautiful room, only to see an ugly old radiator bolted to the wall? I’m guessing that it’s happened hundreds of times. Let’s be honest, people don’t think about radiators, do they? Well, funny enough they do. Designer Radiators are the future; they are efficient, clean and easy on the eye. Radiators come in a wide range of designs, styles, colours and finishes. So depending on what type of house or office you have, companies such as The Radiator Factory, will have something for you.
Four kinds of Radiators ready to use
Did you know the difference between a vertical radiator, and panel radiator? Probably not, but with the wide product range that The Radiator Factory offers, you will soon realise that it is a fascinating product, The other great thing is that designer radiators are sold at competitive prices, so you can have a functional radiator, at a very moderate price. As The Radiator Factory mentions on its website, it sources it’s radiators from a number of suppliers, and is able to match any price that you may get from any other company. So you are always getting the most innovative and aesthetically pleasing radiator, at a hot price. The great thing about these designer radiators is that they fit into some of the more difficult environments, for instance the Victorian range is most suitable for older style houses, or buildings that are looking to put a more traditional effect into the interior design. The contemporary designs are for the modern discerning customer, who wants to have originality and efficiency with their radiators. The Radiator Factor also offers, cheap radiators, through its special offer section. There is no compromise on quality or style, just the fact the company is able to offer these prices because of its access to a number of radiator suppliers and radiator designers. I’d never really thought too much about radiator design, but I have become happily engrossed in the concepts of designer radiators, and I am looking forward to having some new radiators installed into my home. At last that boring piece of white metal will be no more, to be replaced with a stylish and efficient designer radiator. Well done to the Radiator Factory, for making me think a little bit more about what can actually be done with a radiator. I guess the days of the boring, traditional model are long gone, as the designer radiator for the 21st century is here to stay.
